The terms of use and termination explanation of the products are as follows.



From the moment that ESD Type products are shared with You, you do not have the right to terminate or return. Our Support Center Operations team is always here to resolve your product key question in case you have a problem.
If the cargo delivered products have reached your address by cargo, you can contact our Support center when you encounter an error.
All products must be used within 12 hours of the "Delivered" Date. In case of an error within 48 hours, you are convicted to notify our support center (via WhatsApp, Ticket). (Records sent via Mail and Live support will NOT be recorded.) For
products whose support record is not opened within 48 hours, the support center will receive a report and the transaction record will be recorded depending on the situation.
48 Hours and 12 hours INCLUDES holidays, weekdays and weekends.
For products not listed above, you can contact our support center 24/7.
The report will be sent to you within 168 hours.
Product changes take place within 12 hours on average. If there is a contrary situation, you will be given detailed information in your explanation field on the My Orders screen. The information on the My Orders screen will be shared with you in detail for information purposes. It is forwarded by our technical support specialist. WhatsApp, Phone, Mail Live Support and other connection channels cannot access the transactions in some cases, and in this case, you can only get support with Ticket.
