Delivery Information

Your orders are delivered with more than one method.

ESD Type product delivery method;

You can access ESD Type products on My Orders page and EDS Product pages. You will access the product installation stages and your product code. In general, your order appears on your screen as soon as it is confirmed. ESD 90% of our products are automatically delivered from our system. With a 10% supply process, it will be added to our system between 30 minutes and 240 minutes (We will inform you in case the supply process extends.) and delivered to you. (If you cannot access the Mail Inbox, check your Spam, Junk or Junk boxes. If you still can't find an e-mail, follow your order status on the My Orders screen.)

Delivery by Cargo;

All cargoes sent with international cargo companies are delivered to the cargo within 72 hours. You can track your cargo status on the My Orders screen to track cargo delivery and cargo status. It is sent from our warehouse located in 6 different countries, via the local postal center located closest to you, or via the most convenient postal delivery center for you. Your requests will be processed to be prepared according to the delivery type you have determined at the end of the order. You can discuss different delivery terms by consulting our customer representative. Open and check the packages that you think were damaged during shipment in front of the company representative from whom you received them. If you think that there is any damage to the product, do not take delivery of the product by keeping a record with the cargo company. After the product is received, it is accepted that the cargo company has fully fulfilled its duty. If you perform these operations, we will start working on your package and ensure that the delivery is repeated as soon as possible.
